Did you place an order during our holiday and want to know when it will be shipped?
We will ship all orders after our holiday in the order they were received. So the sooner you place your order, the sooner we can process and ship it. We expect to be fully caught up again by Wednesday, August 27. Our usual shipping information—daily shipping on business days until 4:30 PM—will be visible again on the website then.

Did something go wrong with the shipment of your order before our holiday, or is there an issue with a product during our holiday?
If so, please let us know by email (info@antskingdom.com) and we will respond as soon as possible starting August 25. We hope to be able to answer all questions and messages that same morning. If something went wrong or didn’t arrive properly, we’re very sorry and want to apologize in advance. We will do our best to offer a solution on our first day back.
