Seed mixture
This is a mixture of various grass seed species (more than 20) and bird seed species. The mixture is suitable for all seed-collecting ant species, including those with the scientific names Pheidole and Messor. The Messor ant is also called the harvester ant.
The mixture is composed by ourselves and is also used for our own colonies. This amount is sufficient for a starting colony (up to 30 ants) for at least a year.
