19/01/2019 - Pay attention! Notification in connection with shipping during low temperatures.
The health of our animals is the mos important for us. In addition, we provide our live arrival guarantee for the animals, we take this as our responsibility. As long as the temperatures remain clearly above freezing point during the day, our experience is that it is safe to ship. As soon as the temperatures during the day are at the freezing point or below, we choose to send with a heat pack (so that the animals stay warm in the package) or to postpone the shipment until the temperatures get higher again. The latter applies anyway for sending by letter post.
Since this can vary per order and situation, we inform everyone personally by email. Our apologies for any inconvenience. If we decide to postpone an order and a package would be to late, f.e. in the event of a birthday, you always have the right to cancel the order, that is of course no problem.

Delivery and shipping
1.) GLS Express service shipping:
Ordered on weekdays before 16:00, same day shipment
An order via www.antskingdom.com before 16.00 hours, we usually dispatch the same day via GLS. You can expect this order a few working days later (average shipping time is 2-4 working days). Track and trace information is usually visible same evening around 21.00 hours. This service is not available for all EU countries.
2.) Post budget Monday service shipping:
Ordered before sunday 23:59, shipping every Monday
An order via www.antskingdom.com choosing this shipping option offers you a discount on shipping price. Shipping time is a few days extra (average shipping time 4-6 working days). Track and trace information is usually visible from Tuesday afternoon. Shipping is free to all EU countries above € 99,00.
Packing and shipping
Your order will be packed with utmost care. Also we often use recycled materials. Our shipping also include the packaging material required to make the products and tubes (with ants) to be packaged so well and safely as possible. Also we give you LAG, live arrival guarantee. So, please understand that our shipping costs maybe somewhat higher sometimes (compared to other internet shops).
If you have questions about specific products or larger quantities, please contact us. Do you have complaints, please report them directly to us on email. We will respond as soon as possible, within 1 workingday - usually within a few hours.
Service and warranty
Giving you great service is very important for us. So, if something goes wrong with your order and this is not due to improper handling, installation or servicing, we will do everything to resolve it neatly for you!
We guarantee the live arrival of the animals. If an insect arrives dead, plaes contact us immidiately (on the day of receipt) and send a picture of packaging and the deseased animal(s). After this first day, the responsibility of the life of the animals passes to the recipient. The exception are the Queen Ants of Lasius niger and Messor barbarus, on which we extend the guarantee until 2 weeks after receipt. This only applies with proper installation and use of our products. For exapmle not in combination with homemade formicaria.
In the event of death, we only provide a guarantee when proof, by means of a photograph of the deceased animal(s), is provided and our written confirmation thereof.
Right of return
Although we are not legally required (we deliver animals / goods that spoil quickly / age), we still offer the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After you have canceled, you have another 14 days to send the order back. You will then be credited to the total order amount, including shipping costs (if we receive it unused, complete, in new condition and in original packaging).
Only the cost of your return shpping to Ant's Kingdom if for your own account. if reasonably possible - - if you use the right of withdrawal of the product with all accessories and will be returned in original condition and packaging Ant Farm.
To make use of this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Immediately after receipt we will check the return shipment and after approval return the purchase price within 1 business day to your (bank) account.

From February 15, 2016 is for EU consumers also possible to log complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When you treat complaints not elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
